Please take the time to
complete a Consumer Survey which will be available throughout the health
service during the week 13 – 17 October 2008
Port Pirie Regional Health
Service will be reviewed against the Quality Improvement Council
Accreditation Framework in November 2008. The review will be conducted by
Quality Management Services (QMS) from 10 – 14 November 2008.
We would like to invite
people from Port Pirie and surrounding areas to be a part of this process
by completing a Consumer Survey.
Gathering feedback from our
consumers is an important part of our improvement process. This feedback
will provide important information to the review, representing the
essential perspective of a consumer of the service.
Specific responses will be kept
anonymous and will not be released by QMS to the health service or any
other party, only general views will be used.
The survey can be sent directly to
QMS or placed in one of the survey boxes on display in the Hospital
Reception and Community and Allied Health Services Reception areas.
Alternatively the review team will
be on site for the review during the week 10 – 14 November 2008 if people
would prefer to speak to them. Please contact Belinda Loveless, QMS Review
Coordinator on 0438 788 422 prior to the Accreditation Review who will
arrange a suitable time for this to happen.
The outcome of the review will be
made available when they are received around the beginning of December.
